Mission
MONOQUADROS is aimed to design and manufacture low voltage switchboards and electric cabinets.
Monoquadros undertakes to provide all its services, under conditions contracted with its customers, providing a good service, with a rapid response, fully complying with the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001: 2015 and all applicable legal requirements. Monoquadros also assumes the commitment to introduce continuous improvements in all its business areas, to do all of its work well, with the goal of achieving total customer satisfaction.
We incorporate into our system the identification of the context in which MONOQUADROS develops its activity, identify the relevant stakeholders with whom we interact, we seek, in a simple way to identify the main risks to our sustainability and the opportunities that constitute differentiating factors for our success.
The Monoquadros Quality policy is based on five vectors.
Customers: Listening; Advise, Act with ethics guaranteeing the product and the responsibility for the conditions of supply;
Collaborators: Listening; To communicate; Motivate; Train and Demand Quality in service, retaining the best. To create conditions for their development as technicians and as individuals, to seek to maintain their loyalty to the organization through actions aimed at their identification with the company culture and its growth;
Society: Security above all else. Reliable products, Safe and where possible environmentally friendly and Certificates. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and requirements applicable to your activities. Ensure that in its activity the relevant aspects of quality and environmental protection are always present;
Administration: Preserve the efficiency of the company by acting efficiently in an ethical and proactive manner;
External Suppliers: Continuity of beneficial relationships; help them to better serve us better. Verify the requirements of materials and services purchased, privileging partnership relationships with qualified suppliers;
In the convergence of the five axes of the FP and pointing to the future lies the IMPROVEMENT that is no longer an objective to become a consequence or inevitability, demonstrating that a management system based on Quality enables the germination of Creativity and Control CONTINUOUS and EFFECTIVE.
The defined Quality policy provides a framework for the establishment and review of quality objectives. It is reviewed and evaluated during management reviews to reflect the company's ongoing commitment to meeting the requirements of NP EN ISO 9001: 2015.
The objectives set above are defined and explained annually, following the review cycle of the system.
